This January we're the luckiest ducks out there, as we have the honor of hosting a dinner with Andy & Emma Cummins of Rasa Wines from the Barossa. And at no other than Fitzroy North's Pinotta!
Andy & Emma are quickly building their name as one of the most exciting organic producers coming out of Australia's most famous wine region. Their winemaking takes a sincere look at what those lands mean for the fruit that it produces and what they can do to express its characters in a pure yet elevated way, so to have them talking us through the fruit of their labors will be such a magical way to kick off 2020. The lineup for the evening will be a ensemble of their current releases accompanied by some back vintages and rarities from the cellar, just to really spoil us.
On the night we'll have the insanely talented Chef Cian Fenaughty meeting each wine course with dishes that sing and soar next to their vinous conterparts. Course for course it's going to be a blockbuster between these talents meeting and marrying. And as per normal there'll be discounts on all the wines ordered on the night if you're wanting to have some bottles of your very own.
