Craig Hawkins is one of the most influential and certainly the most exciting winemakers of, not only South Africa, but the the New World. Producing wine in the Swartland in South Africa, he has helped to change the image of South African wine.

 Hand harvested. Full malolactic fermentation takes place. Bottled after 11 months in Foudre. A very light clarifying filtration was done, not fined. Craig has found his sweet spot that he enjoys for Skin Macerated whites. He has reduced the length of time he leaves the wines on the skin as the goal here is to find elegance and focus within this particular style. This is considered Testalonga masterpiece. Spicy, citrusy and mineral.
