A blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault all from the Vine Vale parcel that Tom looks after. The juice of the Grenache and Syrah, whole bunch pressed, is run over the whole berries of the Cinsault to bring spice and aid the Grenache in fermentation. A decent bodied rosé, fruit forward with huge sherberty watermelon vibes going on. A bit of spice and cracking acidity.
