Margo Fiero Grechetto 2019

The Fiero Bianco is derived entirely of Grechetto pulled from a 25-30 year old parcel planted on limestone. Lush, viscous and tangy, the wine sees a brief 2 day maceration before aging in a mix of stainless and fiberglass, the resulting wine offering spades of citrus oil, salted cantaloupe, fermented mango and tamarind gummy. The definitive wild child of Carlo's two white grape offerings.
