Louis and Charlotte blended one barrel of the 2014 wine with one barrel of the 2018 wine and the final blend is a really magnificent red to drink in the cooler months with or without food.
It has the delicious savoury complexity of the 2014 wine along with the richer, youthful fruit of the 2018 wine and it’s yet another example of how good the terroir here in Cahors is.
