l'Octavin Sylvaner 2020

This is a lovely wine! The grapes were hand-picked and taken back to Alice’s Jura winery. They then underwent semi-carbonic maceration before pressing to fibreglass tanks for natural fermentation and maturation on lees for 6 months. The wine was bottled without filtration or any fining and without the addition of any sulphites.
