Rozsa is Hungarian for pink!! This darling blend is made up from 40% Zweigelt, 40% Blaufrankisch, 10% St Laurent, 5% Pinot, 5% Syrah. This is a Cuvee that reflects the area and Neusiedl Lake from all the different vineyards, the soils covering all terroirs: sand, clay, limestone, grasslands. This is all mostly co-fermented in stainless and does not see any wood. The palate is tart and fresh, dried herbs and vermouth notes wrapt around rhubarb and cranberry. Loads of energy, a little frisky one might add.
