40% Gruner Veltliner, 40% Weissburgunder, 20% Sauvignon Blanc
From the sandy soils next to the marshes of Neusiedl Lake, South East of Vienna. The site is flat dry and windy, from this the grapes develop intense aromas.
Hand-harvested, whole bunches are pressed, mostly co-fermented. Elevage in tank and large acacia for 7 months on gross lees. Unfined, unfiltered, Sulfur at bottling.
Tastes like zippy and zesty loaded with fruit's (lime, papaya, guava, grapefruit)
Highly aromatic, great acidity, an abundance of freshness with stunning length.
