Producing under his label, Jauma (Yow-ma), Erskine has set the benchmark for natural wines done well. Jauma wines are made with no addition or subtractions. It is simply fermented grape juice, using wild yeasts, with no fining or filtration, no new oak and no added sulphur.
'Ralph's' Dry grown Grenache is de-stemmed, fermented to dry, free run only, aged in barrel for 10 months. very ethereal, aromatic and and Perfumed.
