Producing under his label, Jauma (Yow-ma), Erskine has set the benchmark for natural wines done well. Jauma wines are made with no addition or subtractions. It is simply fermented grape juice, using wild yeasts, with no fining or filtration, no new oak and no added sulphur.
'Fi's Garden' is a blend of 13 different varieties, Whites and reds. Whole bunch fermentation. Musk sticks, squelchy mouthfeel, magic.
