This refreshing lager made using Aussie grown, Japanese inspired ingredients. Taking a leaf from sake brewing, they innoculate this small-batch beer with koji spores. This breaks down the complex sugars, resulting in a bone dry, thirst quenching body. Australian hops are used to compliment yuzu from Victoria's high country and koshihikari rice from the Riverina region of NSW.
