The Le Gros is a cheeky little blend of 50% Grolleau noir, 20% Gamay, together they see 10 days of carbonic maceration, and 30% direct press Grolleau Gris is added to the sprightly party. The directly-pressed juice makes it extraordinarily fresh, perfectly suited to chilling, with a low abv. This is delicious, invigorating stuff.
