Bodegas Terras Gauda have made their name as a major player in Rias Baixas for good reason, they honed their approach to meet their values in a way that contributes to the area by growing to a size where they can achieve a lot for the community. The hold stead fast to a strict practice of indigenous yeast ferments, minimal intervention winemaking, sustainable agriculture and just making damn good clean wines.
The Abadia is their shout out to a local classic, fresh as hell, bouncy Albarino, encapsulating the lively attributes imparted by Spain's wettest wine region. Bringing game to those big juicy tropical notes, sea spray acidity and smile forcing fruits. It's straight up jive wine.
