The 2019 Pet Nat throws caution straight out of a 10th story window with the blend, marrying Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Moscato Giallo, Viognier and Pinot Gris in to a melting pot of Willy Wonka levels of joy. It's bright as fuck, it screams of fresh juicy fruits yet jumps off a base of noticeable structure. Just bloody brilliant booze.
