Tony of Ari's Natural Wine Co is a first for NSW's Southern Highlands, being the inaugural natural producer in the region, and each wine he's putting out is making me ask 'why the hell hasn't someone done this there already?!'.
His Little Red is a delicate, whispering little wine. Coming to life from Pinot Noir from Murrumbateman and Chambourcin from the Southern Highlands, the wee little fella is lifted and brightened by Carbonic for the Pinot and then lengthened with some whole bunch and some pressed juice for the Chambourcin. Fall in love with the bottle under a tree on a sunny day I reckon.
