Sourced from Marion’s Vineyard, Eden Valley and Malcolm's Vineyard, Springton, This Riesling is made in Ancestral Method. The fruit was hand picked, whole-bunch pressed, wild fermentation, bottled at just the right moment to let the fizz happen naturally in the bottle, then aged a full 12 months on lees, hand disgorged ‘a la volée’ aka ‘give it to me’.
