This wine is a special kind of mash-up if you will, originally Riesling and Pinot Bianco were crossed to create ‘Manzoni Bianco’ giving us a plump & rounded body with great natural acidity. Elisabetta Foradori is the complete master when it comes to handling this variety, it usually will see around 7 days on skins and ages up to 12 months in barrels of acacia. Pears, florals, spice, and length all envelop the palate - ENJOY.
