Hailing from the Istrian Peninsula, Croatia, Giorgio Clai is a man who needs little introduction. Producing organic wines from the white clay and limestone soils of the region, the Ottocento Bijeli is a fantastic expression of local terroir. A blend of Istrian Malvajizia (Malvasia), Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Sauvignon with plenty of skin contact and wild yeast ferment. Aromatic, textural and oh so delicious.
