Le Battistelle Montesei Soave Classico DOC 2019

Made from 100% Gargenega and grown on volcanic soils on the south facing slopes of the Soave DOC. The small vineyards and steep slopes make it impossible to machine harvest so this Soave is handpicked, which is quite rare for the region. This is definitely a big step up in interest in quality compared to many other Soaves on the market, full of character and promise.
