Arfion, it means 'Our Wine', why? Dave's ideology is very much that, make great wine in a simple way that everyone can enjoy. This Pinot Grigio is bright and fresh, textural, and delicate. It meets all the varietal characteristics you would expect and is made in a low intervention style.
The nose is full of red apples, brown pears, a touch of rose and some spicy cinnamon aromas followed by some baked pastry. Savoury, dry and textural on the palate with preserved lemon rind, fennel and pear.
