Super Plonk Pet Nat 2020

Sauvignon Blanc and Gewürztraminer that has been lovingly handpicked, whole bunch pressed and wild fermented, the Gewürz spends some time on skins. Unfined, unfiltered, undisgorged with minimal sulphur added during ferment.  It’s tropical, lush, tart and fresh with a light fizz.  Think apples, pears, pineapple, herb flower, and biscuit.  The palate is crisp and crunchy and just a little bit funky!
