Nerello Mascalese of the highly volcanic and biodynamic kind, from vineyards rising between 550 - 750 meters above sea level.  This is pretty and powerful stuff, allow for a few hours in the decanter and you shall be rewarded with a dark fruit core, layers of that volcanic pulse you dearly want to taste from these wines and tannin structure for days.
