Combel La Serre La Vigne Carbo Malbec 2017

In 2005 Château Combel-la-Serre was born. 25 hectares of Auxerrois (Malbec) was planted on a diverse amount of terroirs, all within 5 kilometers of the cellar.  All the viticultural methods carried out are organic and minimal interference happens in the cellar.  'Carbo' was named as this wine undergoes carbonic fermentation, the result is bright, brimming, abundant fruits jumping out of the glass. 

We love seeing a wine from Cahors in a burgundy bottle.  Stick it to the man!
