Downe Lo Syrah Rose 2020

A super refreshing balance of cherry blossom and bitterness. She’s a pretty little number with only a few hundred bottles made. Three rows hand-picked by two good mates, whole-bunch pressed and cold settled before wild ferment. Unfined, unfiltered with only minimal sulphur added during ferment.  Crunchy times.
