The non alcoholic beverage category is booming as more and more people look for grown up no and low alcohol options. The team at Brunswick Aces produce both gin and non alcoholic 'sapiirs' with the same botanical profiles, the idea being moderation over abstinence - you can alternate without missing out on flavour, or even combine both in the same drink for half the alcohol but all the complexity. The Spades range is a classic citrus forward and herbaceous distillate, with lemon myrtle, green cardamom and parsley.
Mix in a low ABV Tom Collins, or serve with lemon in a G&T for a no hangover refresher - the sweetness and bubbles from the tonic really help carry the flavours!
